A Talent Management Manager job has become available, responsible for executing robust processes and frameworks to support the full talent life cycle and ensuring that there is the right mix of talented people, at the right time and in the right place to support business performance and success.
About the Talent Management Manager Role: As the Talent Management Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive succession strategies to identify and nurture internal talent for critical roles within the business. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates ready to assume key positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement a strategic succession planning framework that aligns with the company's long-term goals and values
Collaborate with senior leaders to identify key positions critical for the company's success
Conduct talent assessments and gap analyses to identify high-potential employees and areas of succession risk
Establish a clear succession plan, process and timeline to review and update talent pool regularly
Work closely with L&D team to carve IDP for identified successors
Support and monitor the progress of successor in their respective development journey
Facilitate talent review meetings with senior leadership to calibrate the succession line
Present succession data, talent insights and development plans to leadership teams
Collaborate with vendors to design and deliver leadership development programmes and measure effectiveness of the initiatives through feedback and program evaluations
To succeed in the Talent Management Manager job, you must have the ability to work effectively in managing the end-to-end talent management process in a robust portfolio.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, particularly in talent management or related field
Minimum of five years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development and Succession Planning
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in Talent Management, and Succession Planning
Experience working with senior leaders and executive teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
