An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Organisational and Talent Development Lead to join a renowned business in Kuala Lumpur.

This role is looking for an experienced Organisational & Talent Development Manager to design and deliver strategies that strengthen organisational capability and build a future-ready workforce. This role will focus on talent development, succession planning, and cultural transformation to support business growth and performance.

What you'll do:

  • Talent Development & Succession Planning

    • Develop and implement frameworks for leadership development and talent pipelines.
    • Drive succession planning initiatives to ensure business continuity and future leadership readiness.
  • Organisational Development

    • Lead organisational effectiveness projects, including structure reviews and capability building.
    • Champion cultural transformation programs that enhance engagement and performance.
  • Learning & Capability Building

    • Design and deliver learning strategies that support functional and leadership growth.
    • Introduce innovative learning solutions leveraging digital platforms and blended approaches.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Partner with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and implement targeted interventions.
    • Collaborate with regional/global HR teams to align local initiatives with global standards.
  • Performance & Change Management

    • Support change management efforts for key business transformations.
    • Monitor and measure the impact of talent and organisational development programs.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and organisational development.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing leadership development and succession planning frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience in FMCG or global/ multinational environments is an advantage.
