Head of Human Capital
An opportunity is presented for an accomplished Head of Human Resources to join a preeminent organisation in Banting.
What you'll do:
In your capacity as Head of Human Resources in Banting, you will assume a vital role in steering the direction of the organisation’s people strategy. This role is responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations and compliance, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organisational development. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute HR operational strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee engagement, and learning and development. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the HR function. -
Policy and Process Optimization
Review, enhance, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness. Utilize data analytics and HR technology to improve decision-making and streamline operations. -
Technology and Digital Enablement
Drive the adoption and optimization of HR Information Systems (HRIS), data analytics tools, and digital platforms to enhance HR service delivery. Leverage technology to enable data-driven decision-making, automate processes, and improve overall operational efficiency. -
Employee Relations
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Ensure fair and consistent HR practices throughout the organization. -
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations across all operational jurisdictions. Continuously update internal policies and practices to mitigate legal and regulatory risks. -
Compensation and Benefits Strategy
Develop and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits framework to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness. -
Leadership and Team Development
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the HR team, management, and broader staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional growth across all levels. Support the development of people management capabilities within leadership teams.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership / Head of Department experience.

Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.

Strong analytical skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
