An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Management and Organisational Development Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation based in Bangsar South. What you'll do:

As the Talent Management and Organisational Development Manager, you will:

* Partner closely with business leads to assess structural and capability gaps within the organisation, proposing tailored organisational development solutions that align with overall business strategy.

* Support job redesign efforts, conduct role evaluations, and ensure key performance indicators are aligned with broader organisational goals for maximum impact.

* Conduct comprehensive organisational diagnostics and pulse surveys to recommend effective change interventions that enhance employee experience at every level.

* Contribute actively to workforce planning exercises, helping to align organisational structure with evolving business priorities and future needs.

* Execute the annual talent review cycle by facilitating calibration sessions, identifying high-potential employees, and leading meaningful career conversations across departments.

* Maintain up-to-date succession pipelines for critical roles within shared services and group HR functions, ensuring robust bench strength for future growth.

* Manage individual development plans (IDPs) using the 70-20-10 model, tracking progress and integrating these plans into recruitment, performance management, and learning initiatives.

* Co-design and deliver impactful leadership development programmes aimed at emerging and mid-level leaders to foster internal mobility and a coaching culture.

* Curate relationships with external learning vendors, trainers, and consultants to support ongoing capability building throughout the organisation.

* Act as a change partner during periods of transformation by supporting communication strategies, training initiatives, and overall change readiness among employees.

What you bring:

To excel as a Talent Management and Organisational Development Manager, you will need:

* A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field is essential for this position as it underpins your understanding of core HR principles.

* Certification in psychometric profiling or coaching methodologies such as Hogan or MBTI would be highly advantageous for informing talent decisions.

* A minimum of 7–10 years’ progressive experience in talent management, organisational development or learning & development roles is required to ensure you can hit the ground running.

* Familiarity with shared services or matrix environments is highly desirable as it enables you to navigate complex organisational structures effectively.

* Demonstrated ability to build trust across senior leadership teams as well as employees at all levels through strong stakeholder management skills.

* Excellent facilitation skills are needed for delivering town halls or talent council sessions alongside clear written and verbal communication abilities.

* High attention to detail combined with a structured approach ensures successful programme design, roll-out and evaluation across multiple initiatives.

* Practical knowledge of OD tools including career frameworks, competency models and learning interventions is vital for success in this role.

* Resilience paired with curiosity allows you to thrive in fast-paced settings while remaining passionate about building people-first cultures.

* Experience leveraging analytics dashboards or psychometric assessments (such as Hogan) helps inform evidence-based talent decisions.
