What you'll do:
As an Organisational Performance and Transformation Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
* Partner with business leaders to assess structural and capability gaps, proposing tailored organisational development solutions aligned with overall business strategy.
* Support job redesign initiatives, role evaluations, and ensure alignment of key performance indicators with broader organisational goals.
* Conduct comprehensive organisational diagnostics and pulse surveys to recommend impactful change interventions that enhance the employee experience.
* Contribute actively to workforce planning exercises, ensuring that organisational structures remain agile and responsive to evolving business priorities.
* Execute the annual talent review cycle including calibration sessions, identification of high-potential employees, and facilitating meaningful career conversations.
* Maintain up-to-date succession pipelines for critical roles across various business units, ensuring robust leadership continuity plans are in place.
* Manage individual development plans by incorporating proven 70-20-10 learning strategies to foster holistic employee growth.
* Refine competency models and integrate them seamlessly into recruitment processes, performance management systems, and learning initiatives.
* Co-design and deliver leadership development programmes aimed at emerging and mid-level leaders to build future-ready capabilities within the organisation.
* Champion initiatives that promote a growth mindset, coaching culture, internal mobility, diversity programmes, and employee journeys.
What you bring:
To excel as an Organisational Performance and Transformation Manager, you will need:
* A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field provides you with a strong academic foundation for this multifaceted role.
* Certification in psychometric profiling (such as Hogan or MBTI), coaching or recognised talent methodologies would be highly advantageous for delivering evidence-based interventions.
* At least seven to ten years of progressive experience in talent management, organisational development or learning and development roles equips you with deep functional expertise.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills allow you to build trustful relationships across senior leadership teams as well as wider employee groups.
* Outstanding facilitation abilities empower you to lead engaging town halls, workshops or talent council sessions with confidence.
* A meticulous attention to detail ensures structured programme design and seamless roll-out of key initiatives across multiple business units.
* Practical knowledge of organisational development tools, career frameworks and contemporary learning interventions supports your ability to deliver impactful results.
* Resilience combined with curiosity drives your passion for building people-first cultures even within fast-evolving settings.
* Excellent communication skills help you articulate ideas clearly while fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
