They are currently on the lookout for a top-tier CHRO to provide comprehensive HR leadership to the Group. In this role, you will be a strategic ally to the business, crafting and executing a scalable HR strategy that bolsters their rapid expansion plans.

What you'll do:-

As the CHRO, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the HR division. You will play a pivotal role in implementing the Group's people philosophy, developing comprehensive strategies on talent management, organisational performance, learning & development, employee compensation management, and compliance. Your strategic mindset will be instrumental in steering talent needs to meet business requirements and achieving operational efficiency.

  • Act as a strategic business ally, collaborating closely with Senior Stakeholders to propel talent management and fulfil business requirements.
  • Guide HR operations and initiatives to achieve operational efficiency and optimise human capital.
  • Steer and implement talent management & learning & development initiatives.
  • Formulate and execute OD strategies to facilitate change management and boost organizational effectiveness.
  • Plan and oversee HR division annual budgets.
  • Cultivate, elevate and build a high performing HR team to support business objectives.

What you bring:

To excel in this CHRO role, you should bring at least 15 years of proven full-spectrum HR experience. Candidates with exposure to fintech/digital companies are particularly encouraged to apply. Your robust leadership skills coupled with excellent communication abilities will be essential in this role. Additionally, your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and manage diversity will be key

  • Minimum Degree or postgraduate qualification in relevant field.
  • HR professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Strategic mindset with robust leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and cognitive/planning skills.
  • Experience managing diversity (different cultures, geographical locations, sensitivities).
