About the Organisation Design Special Projects Role:
The main scope is leading to contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilisation of resources
• Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programmes, and training materials
• Interviewing personnel and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives
• Consulting with the human resources department to guide the utilisation, development, or hiring of personnel
• Leading business optimisation initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for personnel
• Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives
• Optimising personnel utilisation by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation
• Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction
• Advising executives and senior managers and recommending efficient and cost-effective solutions for identified challenges
• Being responsible for the bank’s job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs

To succeed in this Organisation Design Special Projects role, you will need to exhibit extensive experience as a development specialist in a related industry and the ability to provide guidance on the allocation of resources.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in organisational psychology, organisational development, or business administration is preferred
• A minimum of five years' experience as an organisational development specialist in a related industry
• Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies
• Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software
• Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
• Good analytical and time-management skills
