What you'll do:
As a Talent Management Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of Talent Management Strategies and Frameworks. Your role will involve developing innovative talent management programs and acting as a strategic advisor to key executives. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure a comprehensive talent management strategy. Your ability to coordinate talent management initiatives will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and evaluate leadership programs for the company’s internal pipeline.
- Support and execute the implementation of Talent Management Strategies and Framework
- Develop and execute talent management programs
- Act as a strategic advisor to key executives on talent management strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure a comprehensive talent management strategy
- Design, develop, and implement innovative talent management programs
- Coordinate talent management initiatives including project planning, resourcing, and communications
- Develop, implement, and evaluate leadership programs for the company’s internal pipeline and leadership levels
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Talent Management Manager position will bring a wealth of experience in Talent Management & Succession Planning /Learning and Development/ Human Resources. You should hold a Bachelor’s Degree specialising in Talent Management or other Human Resources areas OR Business Administration. Your strong business acumen will enable you to build organisational effectiveness through people and organisational initiatives. Your great stakeholder management skills will be essential in this role. An analytical mindset coupled with goal-orientation is also required.
- Bachelor’s Degree specialising in Talent Management or other Human Resources areas OR Business Administration
- 5 years or more experience in Talent Management & Succession Planning /Learning and Development/ Human Resources
- Experience in HR-related roles and people-centric projects
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build organisational effectiveness through people and organisational initiatives
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented mindset
