The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company by supporting and executing Talent Management Strategies and Frameworks. This includes succession management strategies to ensure leadership continuity and readiness from within. What you'll do:

As an Assistant Manager in Talent Management & Development, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for understanding the business's needs and aligning them with recruitment efforts. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing talent management programs that enhance leadership talent within the organisation. You'll also act as a strategic advisor on talent management strategies, collaborating with various internal departments and external partners. Your ability to design, develop, and implement innovative talent management programs will be key to this role. Additionally, you'll coordinate various talent management initiatives, including project planning, resourcing, and communications. Your responsibilities will also include developing, implementing, and evaluating leadership programs for the company’s internal pipeline and leadership levels.

  • Translate business requirements into learning and capability development solutions

What you bring:

As an Assistant Manager in Talent Management & Development, you bring a wealth of experience in human resources or business administration. With over 5 years of experience in Talent Management & Succession Planning /Learning and Development/ Human Resources, you have honed your skills in these areas. Your strong business acumen allows you to build organisational effectiveness through people-centric initiatives. You are adept at engaging effectively with all levels of employees and have excellent stakeholder management skills. Your analytical mindset and goal-oriented approach will be key to your success in this role.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 5 years of experience in Talent Management & Succession Planning /Learning and Development/ Human Resources
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning, performance management
  • Strong business acumen with ability to build organizational effectiveness through people initiatives
  • Ability to engage effectively at all levels of employees with great stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with goal-oriented approach
