What you'll do:
As a Learning and Development Manager, your role will be central to fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organisation. You will be responsible for developing strategies that align with the company's goals, identifying training needs, managing relationships with external stakeholders, sourcing training vendors, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), facilitating onboarding processes, boosting employee engagement, and managing internal communication channels. Your commitment to nurturing talent will directly contribute to the success of our team.
- Develop and implement annual Learning & Development plan aligned with organisational goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) and collaborate with HODs to identify specific training requirements.
- Manage third-party relationships and contract negotiations with external stakeholders.
- Source and recommend training vendors. Coordinate with external trainers or vendors for e-learning and trainings.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and develop suitable online learning contents for the company.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and provide induction training to ensure smooth transitions for new joiners.
- Create and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Manage internal communication channels to ensure clear and effective dissemination of information.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong understanding of learning methodologies, employee engagement strategies, and internal communication practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organisational levels.
