Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Executive to support their rapidly expanding F&B business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of all training programs across various regions.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage existing training initiatives, assist in creating new programs, and play a pivotal role in the development of franchisee training. The ideal candidate will have a knack for adapting quickly to market demands and possess the ability to communicate operational changes effectively.

  • Manage and track training curriculum for outlet managers
  • Implement certified training store and trainer programs
  • Assist in the development of new franchisee training

What you'll do:

As a Training Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's growth by ensuring proper implementation of all training programs. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs analysis, managing the training process, reviewing materials, communicating operational procedures, developing relevant procedures and materials, overseeing classroom training, scheduling classes, executing train-the-trainer processes, supporting corporate colleague training, and implementing certified store programs. Your ability to adapt quickly to market demands will be key in adjusting these programs as necessary.

  • Conduct training needs analysis to determine short and long term training needs for nationwide outlets
  • Manage the training process to accommodate needs of new and existing franchisees
  • Continually review material to ensure company operations/franchisee receives the most up-to-date training materials in classes
  • Communicate operational procedures to area managers on a timely basis and assist in updating manuals as needed
  • Develop locally-relevant training procedures and materials as appropriate
  • Oversee the classroom training for company stores and franchisees
  • Develop training class schedules with outlets' training staff
  • Execute and manage the train-the-trainer process throughout the region for all area managers
  • Support and present corporate colleague training and development programs
  • Oversee and implement the certified training store program in all outlets

What you bring:

The ideal Training Executive candidate brings at least five years of experience in the Food & Beverage or quick service restaurant industry. You are known for your strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and influence others. Your excellent communication skills shine through in your written work, presentations, and classroom instruction. Fluent in English, you are able to read, write, and speak with ease. Your analytical and critical thinking skills set you apart, as does your innovative approach to designing and instructing training courses. You also have the ability to create methods for documenting training initiatives.

  • Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in training and development within Food & Beverage business or quick service restaurant industry
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and classroom instruction skills
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Innovative approach to designing and instructing training courses (i.e. multi-media approach, webinars, etc.)
  • Ability to create a method to document training initiatives
