Our client is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to spearhead their employee development initiatives.

What you'll do:

As the L&D Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our client's employee development initiative. You will have the exciting responsibility of mapping out the learning roadmap for their employees, ensuring they are equipped with both the soft skills and technical skills necessary for their roles. Your commitment to nurturing talent will see you managing staff training funds, delivering engaging training sessions, creating relevant syllabi, and managing vendor relationships. Your work will directly contribute to the ongoing success of the organisation.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning roadmap for employees at corporate office
  • Incorporate intensive and comprehensive learning modules for soft skills like hospitality, empathy, customer experience, and proper grooming
  • Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for both soft skills and technical skills
  • Manage staff training funds effectively to maximise learning opportunities
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions that engage and inspire employees
  • Create syllabi that align with organisational goals and employee needs
