What you'll do:

As the L&D Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our client's employee development initiative. You will have the exciting responsibility of mapping out the learning roadmap for their employees, ensuring they are equipped with both the soft skills and technical skills necessary for their roles. Your commitment to nurturing talent will see you managing staff training funds, delivering engaging training sessions, creating relevant syllabi, and managing vendor relationships. Your work will directly contribute to the ongoing success of the organisation.
