About the Learning and Development Lead Role:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of the L&D initiatives in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the learning gaps and develop comprehensive training programs that align with organisational goals and objectives
• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities
• Lead L&D projects by incorporating various techniques and technologies to maximise learning effectiveness
• Manage employee engagement and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
• Maximise HRDC claims with end-to-end application and claim submission
• Be the first point of contact in addressing employee's queries and providing initial advise on matters pertaining to the function

The successful Learning and Development Lead possesses a strong passion in L&D with ability to deliver training and work collaboratively in a team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Five to seven years of experience in HR with key focuses in L&D
• Solid experience in HRDC claims process
• Tech savvy, familiar with e-learning and LMS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player with a passion to excel in HR
