Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Manager for Compensation, Benefits and HRIS. This role offers the opportunity to develop and manage compensation strategies, oversee employee benefits programs, and administer HRIS systems.
What you'll do:
As an Assistant Manager for Compensation, Benefits and HRIS, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our client's compensation strategies. You will analyse market trends, benchmark salary structures, and ensure equitable and competitive salary offerings. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, communicating benefits packages to employees, administering HRIS systems, supporting HR system enhancements and optimizations, generating reports related to compensation, benefits, and employee data. Your expertise in these areas will be vital in supporting the company's overall HR strategy.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Assistant Manager for Compensation, Benefits and HRIS role brings strong knowledge of compensation strategies, experience with employee benefits programs, proficiency in administering HRIS systems. Your ability to analyse market trends and benchmark salary structures will be key in this role. Experience in managing salary reviews and adjustments as well as understanding of legal requirements related to employee benefits are also important skills that you bring. Your commitment to these areas will be instrumental in supporting the company's overall HR strategy.
