Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Manager for Compensation, Benefits and HRIS. This role offers the opportunity to develop and manage compensation strategies, oversee employee benefits programs, and administer HRIS systems.

What you'll do:

As an Assistant Manager for Compensation, Benefits and HRIS, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our client's compensation strategies. You will analyse market trends, benchmark salary structures, and ensure equitable and competitive salary offerings. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, communicating benefits packages to employees, administering HRIS systems, supporting HR system enhancements and optimizations, generating reports related to compensation, benefits, and employee data. Your expertise in these areas will be vital in supporting the company's overall HR strategy.

  • Analyse market trends and benchmark salary structures
  • Support the immediate superior for better execution of overall rewards, recognition and benefits administration team initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employee benefits
  • Communicate benefits packages to employees
  • Administer HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Support HR system enhancements and optimizations
  • Generate reports related to compensation, benefits, and employee data
