A famous retail MNC is currently recruiting for an HR Manager, Rewards and HR Ops job based in Malaysia.
About the HR Manager, Rewards and HR Ops Role:
You will support the business with all strategic framework, design and roll out within the rewards and payroll space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration and any other transactional functions ensuring efficient processing and effective coordination with all stakeholders/HR partners
- Lead HRIS projects focused on process digitalisation, improvement and information accuracy
- Work closely with stakeholders, vendors and relevant departments to ensure data on the system is accurate and up to date and submit regular reports on HR analytics
- Lead a team to deliver accurate, timely service to the broader HR team
- Oversee HR reporting and data analytics. Collaborate on development of dashboards for HR Director and other HR partners as and when required
To succeed in this HR Manager, Rewards and HR Ops role, you must have experience in leading a team, rewards analysis and exposure working with any HR management system.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with sound knowledge of Employment Act
- At least seven years of experience in HR including exposure within the retail industry
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Detailed oriented and has strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver accurate data reporting
