SKH HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage foreign worker matters including work permits, renewals, cancellations, accommodation, welfare, and documentation
• Liaise with immigration, labour authorities, embassies, and external vendors
• Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws and manufacturing regulations
• Handle IR/ER matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, domestic inquiries, and union engagement (if applicable)
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and attendance monitoring
• Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs to support business operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 6–8 years’ HR experience within the manufacturing sector
• Strong experience managing foreign workers and industrial relations
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulatory requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
