About the Company: We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization in the automotive industry, committed to fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Employee Engagement Manager to join our team and drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Engagement Strategy:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
    • Identify key drivers of engagement through surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
  2. Culture Building:

    • Foster a positive work environment by promoting inclusivity, collaboration, and open communication across all levels of the organization.
    • Organize programs and activities that reinforce the company’s culture and core values.
  3. Communication & Feedback:

    • Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure transparent communication.
    • Design and execute regular employee feedback mechanisms (e.g., pulse surveys) to gauge morale and engagement levels.
  4. Recognition Programs:

    • Develop and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements, milestones, and contributions.
    • Ensure recognition initiatives are meaningful, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals.
  5. Learning & Development Support:

    • Collaborate with HR teams to identify training needs and support career development opportunities for employees.
    • Promote initiatives that encourage continuous learning and professional growth.
  6. Wellness & Work-Life Balance Initiatives:

    • Implement wellness programs that address physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees.
    • Advocate for policies that promote work-life balance while maintaining productivity standards.
  7. Metrics & Reporting:

    • Track key performance indicators related to employee engagement and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
    • Prepare reports on engagement trends, program effectiveness, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in employee engagement or related HR functions, preferably within a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful engagement programs or initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
