Head of Human Resources
The Head of Human Resources will lead the HR function across APAC, driving strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s mission. This role is responsible for shaping a high-performance culture, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, and compliance, while supporting rapid business growth in a dynamic tech-driven environment.
Role Overview
The Head of Human Resources will lead the HR function across APAC, driving strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s mission. This role is responsible for shaping a high-performance culture, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, and compliance, while supporting rapid business growth in a dynamic tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and growth plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suites and leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technology, operations, commercial and corporate services.
- Build the employer brand to position the organization as a leading tech employer in the region.
3. Performance Management & Rewards
- Implement robust performance management frameworks and OKRs.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations across all operating countries.
- Manage HR policies, audits, and risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regional labor regulations.
- Proven ability to lead HR transformation and scale teams across multiple geographies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
