What you'll do:
As a Senior Human Resources Executive, you will be entrusted with managing the full spectrum of HR operations across multiple countries within the group. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless administration of employee records, efficient recruitment coordination from job posting through offer issuance, and proactive support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You will play an integral role in maintaining compliance with local employment legislation while supporting payroll preparation and statutory submissions. By facilitating engaging onboarding experiences and contributing to team-building initiatives, you will help cultivate a warm and inclusive workplace culture. - Manage comprehensive HR administrative tasks, ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records and documentation across several entities within the group.
- Oversee timely processing of onboarding procedures, probation reviews, contract renewals, exits, and preparation of essential employee letters for all staff members.
- Maintain up-to-date HR filing systems, employment contracts, tracking tools, organisational charts, and headcount reports to support effective workforce management.
- Support payroll preparation by consolidating monthly inputs such as allowances, overtime claims, deductions, and statutory changes for employees in different regions.
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer issuance in partnership with hiring managers.
- Liaise closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and provide expert support on candidate sourcing and selection strategies.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and talent pipelines for critical roles while ensuring transparency in hiring processes for recurring vacancies.
- Facilitate orientation programmes and onboarding experiences for new hires in collaboration with site leads to promote smooth integration into the team.
- Monitor probation timelines diligently, issue confirmation or extension letters as needed, and update employment status records accordingly.
- Assist in planning and executing HR engagement initiatives such as team-building events, recognition programmes, and internal communications to foster a positive workplace environment.

- Familiarity with HR practices specific to Southeast Asia or Taiwan would be considered an advantage for this role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; prior experience with HRIS or payroll systems is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail are necessary for handling confidential information securely.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while working independently with minimal supervision is crucial.
