Senior HR Executive (Performance Management)
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience with a proven track record in delivering KPIs, controlling costs, motivating employees, and driving organizational success. This proactive role involves leading recruitment efforts, managing performance reviews, fostering employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new hires to align them with company culture and values.
2. Performance Management & Employee Development:
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Implement performance management systems to monitor individual and team progress against KPIs.
- Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and attitude.
- Motivate employees to achieve targets through coaching, mentoring, and recognition initiatives.
3. Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage salary increment processes based on performance evaluations and market benchmarks.
- Ensure fair and competitive compensation practices that align with company policies.
4. Cost Control & Budget Monitoring:
- Monitor weekly and monthly HR-related costs to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
- Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising employee satisfaction or operational efficiency.
5. Employee Engagement & Motivation:
- Foster a positive work environment by organizing engagement activities that boost morale and teamwork.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer feedback by aligning employee attitudes with service excellence goals.
6. Organisational Development & KPI Delivery:
- Develop HR strategies that support organizational growth and achievement of business objectives.
- Design KPI schemes that are measurable, achievable, and aligned with company goals.
- Regularly review departmental KPIs to ensure consistent delivery of results across teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, performance management systems, and employee engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to deliver KPIs while maintaining cost control measures effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate employees and foster collaboration across departments.
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring budgets, evaluating performance metrics, and improving customer feedback outcomes.
- Proficiency in HR software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
