HR Executive
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience to manage and execute various human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll administration, compliance, and overall HR operations. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, workshops, and recognition programs to promote a positive work environment.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Administer employee benefits programs such as medical insurance, leave entitlements, and other perks.

HR Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations (e.g., Employment Act 1955).
- Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, performance reviews, training records, and disciplinary actions.

Training & Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements where necessary.

Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and assist managers in evaluating employee performance effectively.

HR Policies & Procedures:
- Develop, review, and update HR policies to align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Communicate policies clearly to employees and ensure adherence across all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR-related role; experience in payroll administration is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Mandarin.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities and a passion for people management.
