We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience to manage and execute various human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll administration, compliance, and overall HR operations. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

    • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, workshops, and recognition programs to promote a positive work environment.
  3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

    • Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
    • Administer employee benefits programs such as medical insurance, leave entitlements, and other perks.
  4. HR Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations (e.g., Employment Act 1955).
    • Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, performance reviews, training records, and disciplinary actions.
  5. Training & Development:

    • Coordinate training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements where necessary.
  6. Performance Management:

    • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and assist managers in evaluating employee performance effectively.
  7. HR Policies & Procedures:

    • Develop, review, and update HR policies to align with company goals and legal requirements.
    • Communicate policies clearly to employees and ensure adherence across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR-related role; experience in payroll administration is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities and a passion for people management.
