Senior HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee the human resources function for a growing organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.

HR Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance HR processes.

Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent across all levels of the organization.
- Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Develop succession planning frameworks to build leadership pipelines.

Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Performance Management & Development:
- Implement performance appraisal systems to drive accountability and growth.
- Identify training needs and design development programs for employees at all levels.
- Support career progression plans for high-potential employees.

Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Ensure competitive compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks.
- Manage benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Mitigate risks by maintaining accurate records and documentation related to HR activities.

Leadership & Team Management:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the HR team members.
- Collaborate with senior management on organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR management roles, including leadership positions.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Certification in HR-related fields such as SHRM or CIPD is an added advantage.
