What you'll do:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be at the heart of building a strong people foundation for the organisation.

  • Design and implement comprehensive HR processes, policies, and standard operating procedures that create structure and clarity across the organisation.
  • Establish effective frameworks for talent management, employee development, and organisational design to support long-term growth.
  • Continuously identify process gaps and introduce improvements that enhance efficiency as well as the overall employee experience.
  • Develop robust performance management systems that connect individual KPIs to broader business objectives, ensuring transparency and fairness.

What you bring:

To excel as a Human Resources Manager in this organisation, your background should reflect substantial experience in developing HR infrastructure within fast-evolving settings.
