What you bring:
To excel as the Human Resources Manager you will bring extensive experience gained from working within international environments where adaptability is key. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field is required; candidates holding a Master’s degree will be highly regarded for their advanced understanding of strategic HR practices.
- A minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in human resources is essential with at least 3 years spent managing HR functions within an international context or matrix organisation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of global employment laws combined with proven ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills are necessary for building trust-based relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds while facilitating collaborative problem-solving.
