This role offers the opportunity to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Executive, your role will be pivotal in supporting various HR functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process, handling foreign workers management, overseeing onboarding and induction for new employees, maintaining up-to-date employee records, coordinating employee engagement activities, assisting in payroll processing, addressing employee queries about HR policies, helping implement HR policies, assisting in performance appraisal processes and training initiatives, and supporting HR audits.

  • Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Handle foreign workers management.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Assist in payroll processing by gathering attendance and leave data.
  • Address employee queries about HR policies and procedures.
  • Help implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
  • Support in HR audits and documentation.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Executive position brings a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field along with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. You have knowledge of HR systems (HRMS), labor laws, and HR best practices. Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation. You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR systems (HRMS), labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
