Our client is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead a transformative change across their HR operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to overhaul onboarding and offboarding processes, manage foreign worker relations, and oversee talent acquisition.

The successful candidate will be comfortable travelling to farming sites and will bring a mix of strategic and operational experiences to the team. Mandarin language skills are highly desirable.

What you'll do:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the HR operations within the organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough reviews of compensation and benefits, overhauling onboarding and offboarding processes, managing foreign worker relations, and overseeing talent acquisition. You will also be expected to travel to farming sites as part of your role. Working alongside the existing HR team, you will maintain current operations while spearheading this transformative change.

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of Compensation & Benefits
  • Overhaul existing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage relationships with foreign workers
  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition
  • Travel to farming sites as required

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position will bring proven experience in managing HR transformations, particularly within a diverse workforce. You will have strong knowledge of compensation and benefits structures, coupled with experience in managing foreign worker relations. Your expertise in talent acquisition strategies will be key to your success in this role. A willingness to travel to farming sites is essential, as is fluency in Mandarin.
