Our client is seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead and elevate their HR function. This pivotal role will shape the organisation's people strategy, build a strong company culture, and drive talent excellence across the business

What you'll do:

As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's people strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, overseeing learning and development programs, designing competitive total rewards frameworks, ensuring efficient HR operations, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational development, change management, and people matters. You will also lead DE&I strategies that promote an inclusive workplace.

  • Oversee learning and development, performance management, and leadership development programs
  • Design competitive total rewards frameworks to attract and retain top talent
  • Ensure efficient HR operations, systems, and compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational development, change management, and people matters
  • Lead DE&I strategies that promote an inclusive and empowering workplace
  • Drive data-driven HR decisions by tracking key HR metrics

What you bring:

As the Head of Human Resources, you bring a wealth of experience to the table. With your Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s preferred), you have spent 10–15 years gaining progressive HR experience. You have a proven track record in building and implementing HR strategies at scale in fast-paced environments. Your strong knowledge of labour laws, HR systems, and emerging HR trends sets you apart from others. Your exceptional interpersonal skills make you an effective leader who can communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience
  • Proven track record in building and implementing HR strategies at scale in fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR systems, and emerging HR trends
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a matrix or multinational environment is a plus
