Senior HRBP - FMCG

Our client is a global leader in the industry. They are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will play a key role in manpower planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, on-boarding, people development, organisation development, and performance management.

What you'll do:

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the supply of people and skills meets demand. You will be responsible for proposing and executing employee engagement programs, identifying talent needs, managing the recruitment process, preparing on-boarding programs for new employees, understanding functional career books, facilitating career plans with line managers, participating in organisation structure design for designated functions, resolving complex or high-risk people issues, leading discipline processes, grievance processes, and employee relations processes.

• Review current manpower resources and forecast future requirements
• Propose and execute employee engagement programs for designated departments
• Identify talent needs and manage the recruitment process
• Prepare and coordinate on-boarding programs for new employees
• Understand functional career book and facilitate career plan with line manager
• Participate in organisation structure design for designated functions
• Resolve complex and/or high-risk people issues to deliver commercial and pragmatic outcomes
• Lead discipline, grievance, and employee relations processes

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior HR Business Partner role will have a recognised bachelor’s degree or equivalent. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; Words, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience in managing multi-national business is essential. You should have at least 5-7 years commercial experience in a manufacturing and marketing of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment preferably in a Nutrition business or medical detailed products business. Experience as Professional Recruiter is an added advantage. Knowledge of manufacturing / consumer / procurement industries in particular in a fast moving consumer goods environment and multi-national set-up is required.
