What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the people strategy of the organisation. You will oversee all aspects of human resources functions, from recruitment to onboarding, employee relations to performance management. Your ability to develop effective HR policies and procedures will ensure compliance with relevant laws while fostering a positive work environment. Your strategic mindset will enable you to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide strategic HR solutions
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship and support to drive team performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive company culture
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR information systems
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
