What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in aligning HR programs with near- and long-range business objectives. You will have the opportunity to extract and analyse business data, supporting strategic decision making, assisting in long-range business planning, and evaluating the effectiveness of various human capital initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in designing analyses on the employee population, integrating human capital planning into client groups' plans, partnering with business units for policy implementation, advising leaders on departmental HR plans, and applying structured change management approaches.

  • Collaborate with senior HR leadership in aligning HR programs to enable business objectives
  • Extract and analyse business data to support strategic decision making
  • Assist in long-range business planning and evaluate effectiveness of different human capital initiatives
  • Design and develop analyses on the employee population such as demographic profiles, turnover ratios, and recruitment data
  • Integrate and advise on human capital planning into client groups’ LRBPs and AOPs
  • Partner with business units to understand needs and provide required HR support for policy and program implementation
  • Advise business leaders on the preparation of departmental human resource plan and integrate into the strategic planning process
  • Apply a structured change management approach for projects and change efforts

You will have a solid business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex data effectively and help others translate it into actionable insights. Your consulting skills will be top-notch, with the ability to provide effective technical or business guidance. Your critical thinking skills will enable you to formulate conclusions using facts, data, deductive reasoning, and sound judgement. A deep understanding of human capital principles and concepts is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will also bring a solid understanding of change management principles and concepts, along with excellent relationship management skills.
