What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, your role will be instrumental in overseeing the HR function within Malaysia. You will collaborate with various client groups to provide expert HR advice and deliver value-enhancing HR services across the business. Your focus areas will encompass recruitment, career development, employee relations, employment law compliance, promoting company values and behaviours. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in implementing HR projects, introducing suitable policies and procedures.

• Oversee all facets of employee relations, performance management and redundancy processes
• Offer professional guidance and advice on recruitment strategies and best practice selection to line managers
• Support Compensation and Benefits team with project work as needed and implement new initiatives
• Serve as the primary contact for any HR-related queries from employees and managers/supervisors up to middle management level
• Foster effective working relationships and trust with relevant stakeholders and senior managers
• Collaborate closely with other members of the HR team to deliver high-quality service to the business and other areas of the HR department
