What you'll do:

You will manage a diverse team comprising HR Generalists, Compensation & Benefits specialists, and Recruitment professionals. Your role will involve developing effective HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing compensation strategies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance across all HR functions.

- Ensure that HR programs, policies, and practices are consistent with company goals and regulatory requirements.

- Supervise and manage the development of competitive compensation strategies and employee benefits packages.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and practices.
