What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. You will manage a diverse team comprising HR Generalists, Compensation & Benefits specialists, and Recruitment professionals. Your role will involve developing effective HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing compensation strategies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance across all HR functions.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organisation’s goals, vision, and growth.
  • Ensure that HR programs, policies, and practices are consistent with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Supervise and manage the development of competitive compensation strategies and employee benefits packages.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure HR records are accurately maintained and comply with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
