This role offers the opportunity to actively participate in business-impacting decisions, ensuring People Operations functions are aligned with organisational objectives and growth strategies. You will work closely with senior management to provide comprehensive HR advisory and support across the organisation.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources and Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for implementing corporate policies that foster organisational development and employee growth. Your expertise will be crucial in developing, implementing, and maintaining compensation and benefits functions. You will also monitor talent acquisition within the company, providing valuable feedback to senior management. Additionally, you will organise annual pay reviews and performance review processes. Your role will also involve developing localised HR strategies that enhance organisational efficiency. Furthermore, you will establish employee training programs that promote skill enhancement and career growth.
