Our client is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of human resources processes, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training & development The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with the overall business plan, ensuring compliance with National Employment Regulations and other relevant policies.

What you'll do:


As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's workforce. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your role will involve developing, implementing, reviewing and updating HR policies, standards, processes and procedures. You will manage recruitment, compensation & benefits (including payroll), performance management spectrum including training & development and employee relations. You will also undertake ad-hoc HR projects to support global or regional HR initiatives.


* Develop, implement, review and update HR policies, standards, processes and procedures
* Manage and administer recruitment, compensation & benefits (including payroll) / performance management spectrum including training & development and employee relations
* Perform the full range of compensation & benefits exercises from survey participation, analysis, report findings and propose recommendations for sound strategy and practices
* Provide advice, support and guidance to line managers on the implementation and application of HR policies and procedures
* Drive annual performance, salary and bonus reviews
* Responsible for annual staff costs budget and long-term plan exercises
* Undertake ad-hoc HR projects to support global or regional HR initiatives
* Perform regular/ periodic reporting’s as required by Total’s HR KPI framework


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing all aspects of human resources practices. With a minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience under your belt, you have developed strong competencies in recruitment and training functions. Your attention to detail is second to none, enabling you to meet deadlines effectively. Your excellent organisational and planning skills make you a resilient leader in the face of challenges.


* Degree in Human Resources Management or recognized related qualification
* Minimum 10 years relevant work experience with good knowledge and application of employment legislation and governance standards; strong competency in recruitment and training function
* Highly proficient in written and spoken English
