Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join their team in Petaling Jaya.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, validating personnel claims and benefits, supporting staffing processes, coordinating learning initiatives, and managing internal communication platforms.

What you'll do:


As a Human Resources Executive, your primary role will be to support the Service Personnel Manager in performing their functions efficiently. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including updating employee records, validating personnel claims, addressing employee queries, supporting staffing processes from recruitment to offboarding, collaborating with payroll agents for accurate payroll processing, handling various HR documentation, coordinating insurance renewals for employees, and initiating learning and development programs. Your role will also extend to managing corporate hotel bookings, overseeing the company rental car fleet, supporting the deployment of regional and global communication to the local team, managing internal communication platforms, representing internal communications in the country crisis cell team, and performing other tasks as assigned.


* Update and maintain employee records
* Validate personnel claims and benefits
* Address employee queries promptly while adhering to internal processes and local legislation
* Support the staffing process, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
* Collaborate with payroll agents to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
* Handle contracts, preparations of tax forms and other HR documentation
* Coordinate insurance renewal for employees
* Coordinate learning and development initiatives


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Executive position brings a wealth of experience in HR or administrative roles. You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field. Your experience includes at least 1-2 years in an HR or administrative role where you've managed employee lifecycle processes and ensured compliance with local labor laws. You are proficient in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint; any experience with HR systems or software would be an added advantage. Your strong organizational skills coupled with your attention to detail make you an excellent fit for this role. You possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. You are proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working collaboratively with various stakeholders.


* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
* Minimum 1-2 years in an HR or administrative role
* Experience in employee lifecycle management and payroll processes with compliance to local labor laws
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with HR systems or software is a plus
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
* Proactive and adaptable nature with capability of managing multiple priorities
