Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join their team in Bangsar. This role offers an exciting opportunity to refine employee standards and procedures, enhance benefits programs, and assist with recruitment efforts.

Contract Type: Fixed term for six (6) months – for probation period, and once is successfully during this assessment, then we will convert them to permanent position

The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with HR regulations, improving internal standard operating procedures, and building strong relationships with external suppliers. This is a fixed-term contract for six months, with the potential for permanent employment following a successful probation period.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Executive, your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's HR policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to develop strategic HR plans that align with the overall business direction. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will be utilised in championing the onboarding process, ensuring it remains high-quality, up-to-date, and provides clarity for employees. Your commitment to maintaining management guidelines will contribute significantly to the company's success.

  • Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation
  • Assist with recruitment efforts and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records
  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building
  • Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction
  • Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up-to-date, providing clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision

What you bring:

The ideal Human Resources Executive candidate brings a wealth of experience in human resources or employee recruitment. Your exceptional communication skills coupled with your ethical mindset make you a standout candidate. Your ability to resolve conflicts effectively demonstrates your strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with HR software is essential for this role, while experience working with PeopleSoft software would be highly regarded. A strong understanding of national laws related to HR is also crucial.

  • Three or more years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills along with an ethical mindset
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with HR software
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field is preferred
  • Experience working with PeopleSoft software is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of national laws related to HR
