Our client is seeking a highly experienced HR General Manager to lead their Human Capital and Organisational Development division. This role is pivotal in providing value-added support services to other divisions within the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing strategic HR Management and Organisational Development policies and initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to champion the development of a positive organisational culture, oversee training and development activities, manage total reward and performance management systems, and ensure the effectiveness of HR operational activities.

What you'll do:

As an HR General Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for developing strategic HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee capabilities. Your role will involve overseeing the development of all HR-related operational policies and procedures. You will also be tasked with ensuring that all employee service records are maintained properly. Furthermore, you will oversee the implementation and management of the company’s HRMIS. Your role will also involve managing the planning, development, and implementation of operational quality management framework.

  • Develop appropriate changes to the organisation structure in alignment with business needs
  • Lead and facilitate the definition of desired organisational culture and leadership qualities
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of all Training & Development-related policies, procedures, and activities
  • Develop a competitive compensation and benefits package to attract, motivate, and retain good employees
  • Oversee the performance management system and continuously improve it
  • Manage the evaluation and selection of suitable Training & Development providers and partners
  • Ensure timely dissemination of Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and personnel-related reports as required by Management
