What you'll do:

As the Head, HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with the overall business strategy, manage the recruitment and selection process, and nurture a positive working environment. Your leadership skills will be crucial in bridging management and employee relations, addressing any demands, grievances or other issues that may arise.
