What you'll do:
As an HR Generalist, your primary focus will be identifying and implementing talent acquisition solutions that align with the business's ongoing needs. You'll play a crucial role in driving staff development initiatives and career progression opportunities. Your collaborative approach will see you working closely with other Human Capital colleagues, providing back-up support when needed. You'll also take charge of developing recruitment strategies for the business, including new entities. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the current recruitment process, ensuring it's continuously enhanced to meet evolving requirements. Building strong relationships with academic institutions, agencies, and headhunters will be key to enhancing our reach to potential candidates.

- Oversee and continuously enhance the current recruitment process

- Responsible for employment contract preparation, renewal, and cancellation
- Analyze staff developmental needs based on outcomes from CDC sessions
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new joiners
What you bring:
As an experienced HR Generalist, you bring a wealth of knowledge in both recruitment or talent acquisition and Learning & Development. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures. Fluent in English and one or more Asian languages, you're able to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. Your proven ability in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies sets you apart. You have experience overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring they are efficient and meet the needs of the business. Your ability to build strong relationships with external partners, such as academic institutions, agencies, and headhunters, is key to your success in this role.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and L&D
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
- Fluency in English and one or more Asian languages
