What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position brings a wealth of experience in HR management within the construction or manufacturing industries. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree being highly desirable. A professional HR certification would further enhance your application. Your strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including OSHA standards, will be crucial in this role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to develop and implement effective HR programs and initiatives. Your problem-solving skills will be put to good use in this dynamic and challenging role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industries
