What you'll do:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organisational culture by developing HR policies that not only comply with legal requirements but also align with the company's objectives. You will design comprehensive employee development programs that foster skill enhancement, performance improvement, and career growth. Your responsibility will also include developing succession planning strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent for key positions. You will conduct performance evaluations providing constructive feedback to help employees reach their professional goals. Furthermore, you will develop initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations will be a critical part of your role.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager position holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master’s degree would be an added advantage. A professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP would be highly beneficial. You should bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on policy development, employee development, and engagement. A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations is essential for this role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are key to succeed in this position. Your proven ability to develop and implement effective HR programs and initiatives will be highly valued.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on policy development, employee development, and engagement.
