Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to strategise, plan and direct the overall human resource activities in line with their business growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimum utilisation of resources to support the business and continuously build human capital development towards a high performing organisation culture.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in strategising, planning, and directing the overall human resource activities. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. Your role includes reviewing and updating HR policies, strategising recruitment processes, managing remuneration packages, overseeing HR operations, planning budgets, identifying training needs, succession planning, improving employee relations, and managing administrative services. Your contribution will be instrumental in building a high-performing organisational culture.

  • Develop HR strategies, plans, initiatives, KPI’s and targets to support the business objectives.
  • Review and update HR policies & practices in line with statutory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Strategise and develop recruitment & placement strategies in line with business manpower planning & requirements.
  • Ensure effective & efficient management of salaries & benefits based on overall business and individual performance.
  • Manage HR operational activities in compliance with applicable statutory legislation.
  • Develop annual budgeting plans for Group HR & Admin and monitor expenditure against budget to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Identify training needs, recommend suitable programs, content and design, source vendors and conduct post-training evaluations.
  • Identify potential successors for key & critical positions by assessing their readiness level and identify relevant programs to accelerate their development.
  • Develop employee relation's strategies & plans by establishing employee communications programs to ensure a harmonious working relationship between employer and employee.
  • Ensure effective management of all aspects of administrative services.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Human Resources Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in human resources management. You will have proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. Your strong knowledge of HR policies & practices, recruitment strategies, remuneration management, HR operations, budget planning, training needs identification, succession planning, employee relations, and administrative services management will be essential for this role.
