Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Shah Alam. This role is integral to aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, providing performance management guidance, and interpreting HR policies for line supervisors and managers.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner with stakeholders, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and handle employee relations. What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in fostering a supportive work environment that aligns with our business objectives. You'll provide daily performance management guidance while interpreting HR policies for line supervisors and managers. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding stakeholder hiring requirements and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll also handle sensitive employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to review and enhance our HR workflow, policies, procedures while rolling out productivity initiatives that motivate our employees.

  • Align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance and interpret HR policies for line supervisors and managers
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Participate in salary benching, annual increment, bonus, and allowance structure reviews
  • Handle employee relations including grievance handling, investigation, and disciplinary action
  • Review and improve HR workflow, policies, procedures, and roll out productivity initiatives to motivate employees

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Business Partner role brings a wealth of experience in HR generalist roles along with a degree in Business or an HR-related discipline. You possess strong personal presence complemented by excellent communication skills which enable you to facilitate discussions effectively. Your ability to work under pressure when faced with competing priorities sets you apart. Moreover, your agile mindset allows you to navigate through ambiguity and uncertainty effortlessly.

  • Degree in Business or HR-related discipline
  • At least 2 years (junior executive) or 4 years (senior executive) of HR Generalist experience
  • Strong personal presence and credibility
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure when faced with competing priorities
  • Possess an agile mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty
