What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with our business goals, managing the recruitment process, nurturing a positive working environment, overseeing performance appraisals, assessing training needs, and providing decision support through HR metrics.   • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels of an organisation.
