What you'll do:

As a Plant Human Resources Business Partner (FMCG), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of our organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our overall business strategy. You will be the bridge between management and employees, working tirelessly to improve work relationships, boost morale, increase productivity, and ensure retention. Your empathetic nature will shine through as you provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management through coaching, counselling, and career development. Additionally, you will identify training needs for teams and individuals and organise appropriate training interventions. Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements will also fall under your purview.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Plant Human Resources Business Partner (FMCG) role brings a wealth of experience in human resources. You have proven yourself as an effective HR business partner in previous roles. Your excellent people management skills allow you to connect with employees at all levels within the organisation. A strong understanding of labour law and disciplinary procedures is essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and knowledge of HRMS is a plus. Your outstanding organisational and time-management abilities will be key to managing your workload effectively. Above all, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships and foster a supportive work environment.
