About the HR Manager Role: Reporting to the Senior Human Resource Manager, you are responsible for applying the full spectrum of HR functions including organisational planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and career management.
Assist the Senior HR manager in daily HR operations and initiatives to achieve operational efficiency and positive result in managing and maximising human capital
Collaborate with division heads to identify staffing and recruiting needs and executes best practices for hiring and talent management
Manage the execution of the HR strategy and core areas of the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, payroll, reward, and recognition, as well as the management of the HR budget
Ensure sound HR practices, policies and procedures, and processes are in place to support the business operations and legal and statutory requirements
Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to support the business and provide the employee lifecycle services
Undertake any tasks, as and when assigned by the management
To succeed in the HR Manager job, you must have hands-on experience and excellent knowledge of all aspects of human resources management.
Degree in business administration, human resources, or any related field
At least 10 years and above of solid HR generalist experience with strong stakeholder management and business-partnering skills
Experience with setting up the department and growing a team is an added advantage
Strong business acumen, analytic thinking, and leadership skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to be hands-on when required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
