An HR and Admin Manager job has become available at a well-known luxury retail company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
About the HR and Admin Manager Role: You will provide HR support in deployment of the people strategy and plan and deliver HR strategy to meet the overall objectives of the commercial business.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the focal point for the business in all aspects of the HR and admin functions
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
Support end-to-end recruitment and training
Manage the compensation and benefits programme
Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances
Work closely with management and employees to drive initiatives that increase engagement, retention and productivity
Responsible for office administration, maintenance and supplies
To succeed in this HR and Admin Manager role, you will need to be a people person and has strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in relevant courses
Six to eight years of experience as an HR Generalist
Good knowledge of the Local Employment Act
Ability to converse in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin language
Outspoken with great communication skills
