About the Senior HR Executive Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Senior HR Executive will play an important role in the company's continued development and success in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end HR matters including talent acquisition, employee engagement, rewards management and talent development
• Be the focal point for the business in driving recruitment and employer branding strategies
• Roll out L&D projects by identifying learning gaps and developing comprehensive training programs that align with organisational goals and objectives
• Utilise data and metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
• Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances

To succeed in this Senior HR Executive role, you must have a good foundation in HR with strong attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• At least three years of experience in a HR Generalist role
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations
• Fluent in English, both strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently in a demanding and results-driven environment
