Due to rapid expansion growth plans, this leading fintech group is seeking a high-calibre Director, Human Resources. In this job, you will provide overall HR leadership to the Group and be a strategic partners to the business while designing and implementing a scalable HR strategy for the group.
About the Director, Human Resources Role: Reporting to the CEO, you are responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the HR division and the implementation of the group's people philosophy. You are also required to develop and implement holistic strategies on talent management, organisational and performance management, learning and development, employee compensation management and compliance, amongst other ancillary matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic business partner to the business, work closely with the senior stakeholders to drive talent management and talent needs to meet business requirements
Lead HR operations and initiatives to achieve operational efficiency and optimise human capital for positive results
drive and execute talent management and learning and development initiatives (including succession planning to future proof leadership talent in pipeline)
Develop and implement OD strategies to facilitate change management and drive organisational effectiveness
Plan and manage HR division annual budgets
Continue to develop, elevate and build a high performing HR team to support business objectives
To succeed in this role, you would need to have at least 15 years of proven HR experience (full spectrum). Candidates with exposure to fintech/startup companies are encouraged to apply.
Key Requirements:
Degree or postgraduate qualifications
HR professional certification is an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast paced work environment and ability to adapt to change
Strategic mindset, strong leadership with excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and cognitive/planning skills
Ability to manage diversity (managing different cultures, geographical location, sensitivities)
