About the Senior HR Business Partner Role:
You will provide HR support in strategic deployment of the people strategy to meet the overall objectives of the commercial business in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the focal point for the business in all aspects of the HR functions
• Play a strategic role to the senior management by bringing an HR perspective to the table and provide analytical solutions when required
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and the HRIS system
• Oversee the annual performance review cycle and ensuring compliance and equity
• Oversee the compensation and benefits programme end to end
• Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances

To succeed in this Senior HR Business Partner role, you must have strong stakeholder engagement skills, has great analytic skills, be perceptive and agile.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• 10 years of experience in an HR role, with prior managerial experience
• Proficiency in relevant employment law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak to senior stakeholders and weigh in on strategic decisions
• Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced and results-driven environment
